2026 AMA Tribute Awards Recognize Winners and Asset Living Finalists

PHOENIX (AUGUST 21, 2026) –  Asset Living, one of the largest property management companies in the nation, was recognized at the 2026 annual Tribute Awards hosted by Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA). The Tribute Awards are hosted annually by the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA) and Cox Communities to recognize multifamily professionals and communities for their outstanding achievements and contributions to Arizona’s apartment industry. This year, Asset Living was proud to have two winners and seven finalists recognized at the ceremony.

Among this year’s winners were Jim Juvera who was named Community Manager of the Year, Outside the Valley; and Calvin Witmer Jr., Community Manager at Biltmore on the Lake, who was named Assistant Manager of the Year.

Asset Living was also represented by seven finalists across a variety of categories. Finalists included Nicole Mandarino, Vice President, Operations, for AMA Volunteer of the Year, Metro Phoenix; Brioso at the Bridges for Best Community Team of the Year; Colton Clayburn for Community Manager of the Year (200–299 Units); Ashlee Kelly, Community Manager at Brioso at the Bridges, for Community Manager of the Year, Outside the Valley; Kelsey Foster, Marketing Manager, for Corporate Employee of the Year; Kristi Powers, Director, Leasing, for Corporate Employee of the Year; and Michael McKibben, Vice President, Facilities, for Regional Service Supervisor of the Year.

AMA Tribute Awards candidates are nominated by their peers and evaluated anonymously based on criteria specific to their nominated category, including interviews, property inspections, phone shops, association involvement, professional achievements, and industry-related credentials and certifications. Each year, more than 1,600 professionals from across Arizona’s apartment industry, from suppliers and leasing professionals to management teams, come together to walk the red carpet and celebrate their accomplishments at the annual Tribute Awards.
