AMA Hosts Annual Tribute Awards and Recognizes Asset Living Finalists and Award Recipients

PHOENIX, AZ (August 22, 2022) –  Asset Living, one of the largest property management companies in the nation, was recognized at the 30 annual Tribute Awards hosted by Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA) and Cox Communications on Friday, August 12, at the Phoenix Convention Center in Phoenix, AZ. The Tribute Awards honor multifamily professionals and communities for their outstanding performance in the Arizona apartment industry. Asset Living proudly had a total of three award recipients in addition to nine finalists that were recognized at this year’s ceremony.  

Award winners include Director of Construction and Purchasing Mike McKibbin (Montreux) for Service Supervisor of the Year (300+ Units), Junction at Ironhorse for Best Community Team of the Year Student Housing, and Community Manager Bernadette Basso (Vela on Camelback) for Best Community Manager of the Year (200 – 299 Units). In addition to the three winners, Asset Living had nine finalists including Regional Maintenance Supervisor Todd Horton for Best Regional Service Supervisor, Indigo Springs for Best Community Team (for a site built between 2003 – 2013), Tamarron for Best Community Team (for a site built 2003 – 2013), Vela on Camelback for Best Community Team (for a site built 2014 – 2021), Evolution at Estrella Falls for Best Community Team (for a site built 2014 – 2021), Community Manager Lindsay Schultz (Vela Tempe) for Best Community Manager (200 – 299 Units), Vice President Nicole Mandarino for Corporate Employee of the Year, South Bank Apartments for Renovated Community of the Year, and Vela on Camelback for the Best Developers Award (Mid/Low Rise).

Executive Vice President Michael Brown attended the recent AMA event, “I have been at Asset Living for six months, and I am continuing to see what an amazing team we have here in the Southwest,” he says. “Each person and team recognized by AMA represented Asset Living in a truly meaningful way – and the industry has certainly taken notice.”
