HOUSTON (May 16, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Adam Schaefer as the new Senior Vice President within Asset Living's Business Development team. Adam Schaefer will report to the Houston office and lend his over 18 years of expertise in the multi-family industry to his new role at Asset Living. He will oversee and guide his team to drive growth in the West and Mountain regions.
"My goal for 2024 is to continue to develop new relationships and support existing relationships with clients while maintaining pace with the fastest growing multi-family management company," says Schaefer.
Before joining Asset Living, Schaefer served as the Head of Sales at Henri. With nearly two decades of experience in the multi-family sector, Schaefer provided invaluable data and technology solutions across various facets, including acquisitions, underwriting, business development, property management operations, and enhancing resident experiences. Schaefer is also a graduate of the University of Arizona, where he obtained his degree in Communications and Business.
"[In this role], I am looking forward to meeting new clients and colleagues and fostering new relationships," says Schaefer.
Outside the office, Schaefer cherishes spending quality time with his wife and two sons. Whether it's hitting the slopes for some winter skiing, exploring serene pine forests or sunny beaches in the summer, or cheering from the sidelines at their sons' sporting events, he enjoys being surrounded by his loved ones.
