OMAHA (AUGUST 22, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Alexis Myers as Regional Vice President on Asset Living's multi-family operations team. With over 15 years of experience in the property management industry, Myers brings extensive knowledge and will focus on driving results, building strong teams, and pushing for operational excellence.
“My goal for the rest of 2025 is to achieve high performance and efficiency across all departments by driving innovation and building strong teams,” says Myers.
Before joining Asset Living, Myers began her career as a Leasing Agent while attending college, later moving up to Assistant Manager and then HOA Community Manager. After several years in the field, she stepped away to foster eight children, teaching essential life and social skills, which was an experience that deepened her passion for youth and community development. During this time, she also earned a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Psychology with a focus on human behavior and quantum physics. Recognizing the lack of resources for youth aging out of foster care, Myers partnered with a local nonprofit to launch a Transitional Housing Program. Within months, the program reached 90% occupancy and offered mentorship, job readiness training, and mental health support. That mission-led work brought her back into property management as Regional Operations Coordinator for a housing-focused Ownership Group. There, she oversaw multiple communities across the Midwest, leading initiatives that boosted performance, enhanced the resident experience, and expanded market presence.
“I’m looking forward to exceeding customer expectations, finding new growth opportunities, and supporting my team every step of the way,” says Myers.
Outside the office, Myers enjoys the world of combat sports as a Cage Announcer and Promoter, bringing energy and professionalism to live events. She also serves on the Nebraska Athletic Commission, where she helps ensure compliance with state regulations and upholds the integrity of combat sports across Nebraska. She also enjoys reading, spending quality time with family and friends, and staying active through camping, hiking, and working out.
