Asset Living Hires Ann Marie Guy as Regional Vice President, Operations

ATLANTA (April 8, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Ann Marie Guy as the new Regional Vice President, Operations, within Asset Living’s multi-family division. Ann Marie will report to the Atlanta office and join the Asset Living team to lend over a decade of experience within the property management industry. She will oversee her team's onsite operations for our multi-family and build-to-rent properties in the Southeast region.

"My main goal this year is to continue strengthening the camaraderie between our teams. I want to facilitate knowledge sharing to support the development of my teams while helping them discover their unique strengths and abilities," says Ann Marie.

Before joining Asset Living, Ann Marie was with RangeWater Residential and Gallery Residential based in Florida, where she gained expertise and knowledge in the property management industry. Ann Marie has experience in renovation, stabilized lease-up assets, and adept management of high-capital projects. She has also served on the Space Coast Apartment Association (SCAA) Board of Directors Secretary, showcasing her dedication to the industry.

Outside of the office, Ann Marie finds joy in cherishing moments with her husband and their three children. She is also a Disney enthusiast and a loving dog mom!
