HOUSTON (December 13th, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Brian Hawthorne as the new Senior Vice President, Operations, within Asset Living’s multi-family division. Hawthorne will report to the Houston office and join the Asset Living team to lend his over 18 years of experience within the property management industry. Hawthorne will be pivotal in bringing success to the portfolio in Texas, primarily overseeing the cities of Austin, Houston, and San Antonio.
"I aim to strategically manage and uphold a portfolio comprising 15,000 multi-family units in the Texas region, ensuring the overall success and cohesion of our dedicated teams,” says Hawthorne.
Before his new role, Hawthorne managed a national conventional portfolio at Cardinal Group Management. Hawthorne also spent seven years at Alliance Residential, where he was involved in successful contributions to lease-up communities in South Texas. Hawthorne has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas State University and a CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
