DALLAS (AUGUST 18, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Jody Anderson as Senior Vice President on Asset Living's Business Development team. With over a decade of experience in the property management industry, Anderson brings a wealth of knowledge to the business development team, where he will drive growth and new client relations.
“My goal for the rest of 2025 is to grow Asset Living’s affordable housing presence on a national scale,” Anderson says. “By delivering exceptional service to our current clients and showing prospective partners the value of working with Asset Living, we’ll increase the number of affordable units we manage across the country.”
Before stepping into his new role as Senior Vice President, Anderson served as Director of Business Development at Wayfinder Tax Relief, where he built lasting relationships with multi-family property owners and industry partners, driving consistent revenue growth. Over his 12 years in the multi-family industry, he’s developed a proven track record of scaling operations and sustaining momentum—experience he’s now bringing to his new role as Senior Vice President.
“Affordable housing is a vital part of our country’s economy,” Anderson says. “Managing these properties well directly impacts the well-being of millions of people across the United States. Asset Living excels at this, and I’m looking forward to making an impact on the lives of residents in the communities we serve.”
Outside the office, Anderson enjoys spending time with his wife and three children—whether it’s family movie nights or cheering on Dallas sports teams. He also enjoys working out regularly and tests his limits each year by taking on Spartan races, marathons, and trail runs.
