HOUSTON (November 29, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Judge Sallans as the Associate Corporate Counsel within Asset Living’s corporate legal department. He will report to the Houston office and join the Asset Living team to lend his over 10 years of experience within the legal field. Sallans will work alongside the corporate legal team to ensure the overall accuracy of property management agreements between Asset Living and our clients.
"My goal is to deepen my understanding of Asset Living and gain a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies within the property management industry,” says Sallans.
Before his new role, Sallans served as an Associate at Hughes Watters Askanase LLP, where he represented lenders in commercial real estate transactions and guided corporations in mergers and dispositions. His career in the legal field began in 2013 while he was obtaining his undergraduate degree at The University of Texas.
"[In this role], I am looking forward to learning more about the industry while fostering personal and professional growth in tandem with Asset Living. Additionally, I am excited about expanding my network by connecting with more individuals at Asset,” says Sallans.
Outside the office, Sallans enjoys spending time with his family, unwinding over drinks with friends, and trying new local restaurants. Sallans also loves to watch and play different sports!
