ATLANTA (August 29, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Karen Key as the new Division President, Southeast, within Asset Living’s multi-family division. Key will report to the Atlanta office and join the Asset Living team to lend her over 20 years of experience within the property management industry.
"My goal is to bring the culture of Asset Living to the Southeast while building amazing teams and growing our platform,” says Key.
Before her new role, Key served as the Senior Managing Director of Property Management at RangeWater Real Estate, where she skillfully managed a portfolio of multi-family and build-to-rent communities for nine years. During the last three and half years at RangeWater, Key was instrumental in establishing the foundation and operations for RangeWater's build-to-rent division. Key also made significant contributions across property management entities, including Greystar and ZRS, gaining valuable experience within the multi-family sector.
"[In this role], I am looking forward to the opportunity to collaborate with other Division Presidents across the nation to help build consistent best practices while providing exceptional experiences and services to our associates and clients,” says Key.
Outside the office, Key enjoys immersing herself in the great outdoors by lake surfing and attending concerts. Key also enjoys traveling and trying new cuisines!
