Asset Living Hires Megan Donchenko as Regional Vice President, Operations

ATLANTA (SEPTEMBER 4, 2026) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Megan Donchenko as Regional Vice President within Asset Living’s multifamily department. With nearly a decade of experience in the property management industry, Donchenko is focused on building strong relationships with her teams and clients while creating an environment that sets everyone up for success.

“My primary goal for 2026 is to continue strengthening relationships with our teams, clients, and properties while cultivating a culture of support, accountability, and operational excellence across the portfolio,” says Donchenko. “Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to have leaders who invested in my growth, and one of the most rewarding aspects of this industry has been the opportunity to support and develop others in return.”

Before joining Asset Living, Donchenko served as General Manager of Residential Property Operations at CIM Group. She began her career with Preferred Apartment Communities, where she worked her way through every on-site role, from Leasing Consultant and Assistant Property Manager to Property Manager. She later transitioned into a corporate role and was promoted to Area Vice President. From there, Donchenko expanded her expertise into revenue management at CIM Group, gaining valuable experience in market strategy and portfolio performance. While she appreciated the strategic side of revenue management, she realized she missed the people-focused aspect of the business and the opportunity to help develop strong teams, which was a passion that ultimately led her to her current role as Regional Vice President, Operations.

“I’m looking forward to fully stepping into my new role, building meaningful relationships with our teams and clients, and continuing to grow as a leader within Asset Living,” says Donchenko. “Everyone has been incredibly welcoming and collaborative, and I’m excited to see what we accomplish together this year.”

Outside of work, Donchenko enjoys birdwatching, crocheting, hiking, reading, gardening, and spending time outdoors, as well as anything related to nature, crafts, and animals.
