Asset Living Hires Misti Morales as Vice President, Operations

HOUSTON (February 27^th, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Misti Morales as the new Vice President, Operations, within Asset Living’s multi-family division. Morales will report to the Houston office and join the Asset Living team to lend her 27 plus years of experience within the property management industry. Morales will bring her expertise to ensure overall success within her portfolio.  

"My goals for 2024 are to lead my team in a way that ignites passion in their every day, collaborate closely to determine clearly defined measurable results, and streamline tasks so that we deliver high-quality services to our internal and external partners," says Morales.  

Before stepping into her current role, Morales served as the Senior Product Manager for Wood Partners, showcasing her knowledge within the multi-family sector. Throughout her extensive career, she has amassed invaluable expertise in new construction development, asset management, marketing, and training. Morales has worked for companies such as Trammell Crow Residential, Greystar, and Alliance Residential, where she collaborated with industry peers.

"[In this role], I am looking forward to learning new things and getting to know the people who will be part of my new journey. I am thrilled to be part of the Asset Living family! Since my onboarding, I have been impressed with the number of resources and support available across all levels of our organization," says Morales.  

Away from the professional realm, Morales finds her greatest joy in being present for her son's milestones. She loves to cheer him on at his baseball games and eagerly anticipates his embarkation on a college journey this fall.
