PHOENIX (September 28, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Rachael Kish as the new Vice President, Operations, within Asset Living’s multi-family division. Kish will report to the Phoenix office and will join the Asset Living team to lend her 20 years of experience within the property management industry. Kish will assist with client relations to ensure overall success.
"My goal for 2023 is to develop strategic partnerships with new talent, tech companies, and institutional and private equity groups to expand our portfolio, our success, and our impact,” says Kish.
Before her new role, Kish served as the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Christopher Todd Communities, where she led her team to success while expanding its build-to-rent portfolio. Kish earned her bachelor's in arts degree from Anderson University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker. Kish also serves on the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA), is the Co-Chair of the AMA Education Committee, and is a regular instructor.
"[In this role], I am looking forward to inspiring our talent at Asset Living to level up their game and go for even bigger wins! I want to promote from within while also attracting the best to Asset. I want our team to be the strongest, most highly performing team in the marketplace, with the deepest bench,” says Kish.
Outside the office, Kish enjoys spending time with her beloved husband and two children. She loves watching her children at all of their sporting events, cheering them on from the sidelines. Kish also enjoys spending time outdoors with her black lab, Nana, whom she loves to play fetch with.
