Asset Living Hires Sabine Goodrich as Regional Vice President

HOUSTON (Feb. 19, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Sabine Goodrich as the new Regional Vice President within Asset Living’s multi-family division. Goodrich will report to the Dallas West office where she will lend her more than 24 years of expertise and knowledge from working within the property management industry. In this role, Goodrich will focus on overseeing and supporting a team of four regionals and their subsequent onsite teams and communities.

“I look forward to identifying areas of opportunity, executing improvements to streamline processes, and developing close relationships with my regionals and onsite team members,” says Goodrich. “I love helping people, coaching, and watching team members grow and succeed. It’s why I love what I do.”  

Goodrich started working in the property management industry in 1999 as a leasing agent. Throughout the years, she worked her way up serving as an on-site compliance manager, onsite property manager, and regional manager. While most of her background was in the affordable housing and HUD space, Goodrich has worked in conventional markets for the last nine years.  

“[In this role] I look forward to growing with my team and making a positive impact on Asset Living’s culture. In 2023, I want to do whatever I can to help my teams succeed,” says Goodrich.  

When Goodrich is not working, she loves spending time with her family, competing in 5K races, and following her children from one sporting event to the next. She is a Gnome gaming enthusiast, a mystery podcast listener, and loves traveling to the beach – which she considers her home away from home.
