Asset Living Hires Stephanie Nascimento as Division President for Central Texas

AUSTIN (April 24, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Stephanie Nascimento as the new Division President for the Central Texas region within Asset Living’s multi-family division. Nascimento will report to the Austin office, where she will join the team to lend her 25+ years of expertise and knowledge from working within the property management industry.  

“I am looking forward to being part of a growing organization that is open to new ideas- open to solution solving for platform growth and strategic alignment,” says Nascimento.  

Before her new role, Stephanie held Senior Leadership roles at Cardinal Group, RPM, and Alliance Residential. In these roles, she has been instrumental in driving strategic planning and growth initiatives, with a particular focus on Class A lease-ups, value add rehab, and stabilized assets across all class levels. Her expertise also extends to developing and nurturing client relationships and spearheading successful business development efforts. With such a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success, Stephanie is a valuable addition to our team.  

“[In this role], I look forward to developing a strong operations platform that expands Asset Living presence and growth across all class levels but an emphasis on Class A and B in Central Texas. Also, I would love to help build and develop a “best in class” team with a strategic approach to the business by utilizing and leveraging data,” says Nascimento.  

In her downtime, Nascimento loves to unwind with her family, including her beloved husband, two children, and two furry friends. She's also an avid Texas A&M Aggie football fan and loves attending games both in and out of town. When she's looking to connect with nature, Nascimento takes to the lake for some well-deserved R&R.
