DALLAS (July 24, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Susan Polasek as the new Vice President, Compliance for Asset Living's multi-family division. Polasek will report to the Dallas office and join the Asset Living team to lend her 30 years of experience within the property management industry. Polasek will help lead the Compliance team in the expansion of the affordable footprint of Asset Living across the nation while maintaining her current portfolio to ensure compliance with regulatory and program requirements.
"My goals for 2023 are to be a resource and offer support to my team while expanding Asset Living’s affordable sector. I am truly excited to be a part of Asset Living’s dynamic Compliance team,” says Polasek.
Prior to her new role, Polasek served as the Assistant Director of Compliance for 14 years at Capstone Real Estate Services. Polasek joined the property management industry over 30 years ago and has worked on the operation side of the multi-family sector as a Senior Regional Manager.
"[In this role], I am looking forward to working with my team on implementing additional checks and balances to ensure our everyday work life is as efficient as possible. Our Compliance Specialists and Managers work on various tasks, and I consider it my mission to help assist my team by providing as many resources and support as possible,” says Polasek.
When Polasek is not working, she relishes spending time with her family and friends at the beach, savoring all that life has to offer. Additionally, she is an avid reader, delighting in immersing herself in a captivating book.
