Asset Living Hires Tracy Bullman as Vice President of Systems

HOUSTON (Jan. 10, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Tracy Bullman as the new Vice President of Systems within Asset Living’s multi-family division. Bullman will report to the Houston office, where she will join the team to lend her 20 years of expertise and knowledge from working within the property management industry. In her new role, Bullman will focus on cross-training and standardizing processes to allow Asset Living to scale growth.

What more can you ask for?” said Bullman. “I’m looking forward to learning from my team and learning more about all the supporting roles and opportunities at Asset Living. It’s all very exciting to me.”  

After graduating from Kansas State University, Bullman soon started working in the property management industry. In her collective 20 years, she’s worked on-site and helped with marketing and training efforts. She also worked in on the vendor/software side, most recently with Real Page for nearly 12 years.  

“We will be centralizing the management of our PMS systems and developing a new team with our current systems experts,” said Bullman. “Initially, there will be a vertical with the primary focus of systems migrations and a vertical focused on on-going support.”

Bullman, who will report to Asset Living’s Houston office, recently moved from Dallas to Galveston with her husband and dog, Cowboy. When she’s not working, Bullman enjoys spending time boating, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
