Asset Living Hires Tracy Mattos as Regional Vice President, Operations

ATLANTA (DECEMBER 4, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Tracy Mattos as Regional Vice President on Asset Living's multi-family team. With two decades of property management experience, Mattos will support operational excellence across her portfolio, enhance the client experience, and play an integral role in guiding transition efforts throughout the Western region.

"My goal is to develop and empower our on-site teams while driving meaningful impact and measurable value across the region," says Mattos.

Before joining Asset Living, Mattos served as a Regional Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, bringing with her a robust background across multiple real estate sectors. Her career began in the Bay Area as a Leasing Consultant with Holland Residential, where she steadily advanced through roles including Assistant Manager, Community Manager, Area Manager, and Regional Manager. With extensive on-site experience working with REITs and owner-operators, she developed a strong understanding of the owner and client perspective—expertise that proved valuable as she transitioned into corporate roles within third-party property management. Throughout her career, Mattos has overseen a diverse range of assets, from garden-style communities with full renovations to Class A properties and has specialized in lease-ups at the corporate level. Her professional journey includes contributions at Holland Residential, UDR, Western National, Camden, Alliance Residential, Greystar, and Cushman & Wakefield. Now part of the Asset Living Atlanta office, Mattos shares that it already feels like home, and she is excited to continue growing with the company.

“I am looking forward to learning all there is to know and becoming more adept at navigating the resources and culture that Asset Living has in place,” says Mattos. “I’m also excited to contribute to the company’s growth on the West Coast and help create new opportunities for expansion.”

Outside the office, Mattos enjoys spending time with her 11-year-old daughter and their new puppy. She’s also an avid sports fan who loves live music, and she never passes up an opportunity to enjoy all things Disneyland.
