DALLAS (May 2, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Becca Riebesell was promoted to Vice President, Operations within the company's multi-family division. Riebesell, who started at Asset Living in 2016, has been in the property management industry for over 24 years. In her new role as Vice President, Operations Riebesell will assist in managing, directing, and implementing new strategies to ensure the achievement of operational efficiencies and profitability for clients and their various assets.
"My goals for 2023 are to foster a working environment that promotes teamwork, growth, and productivity. I am naturally an educator and encourager, so I look forward to passing on my knowledge and adding to it. I look forward to laying my keys on the table and seeing one of our associates come for them. Let's grow Asset Living together," says Riebesell.
Before her new role, Riebesell began her career in property management in 1999 as an Assistant Manager and was later promoted to Property Manager within six months. Riebesell relocated from Texarkana, Texas, to Kansas City, Missouri, in 2002, where she specialized in lease-ups involving newly renovated communities. In 2016 Riebesell joined the Asset Living family, serving as a Senior Regional Supervisor, and then was promoted to her recent role, Regional Vice President, in 2021.
"[In this role], I am most looking forward to greeting new challenges, developing my skills further, and helping to position Asset Living to the top. Asset Living wants to be the best at what we do, and so do I. I believe iron sharpens iron, and I feel surrounded by talented individuals who want the best for our organization, clients, and employees," says Riebesell.
When Riebesell isn't working, you can find her outdoors. She enjoys soaking up the sun, skipping rocks, water activities, four-wheeler riding, grilling, and spending time with her loved ones. All those things make her smile while she recharges her battery.
