Asset Living Promotes Bobbie Peterson to Regional Vice President, Operations

DENVER (April 1, 2026) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Bobbie Peterson’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multifamily department. With more than 17 years of experience in the property management industry, Peterson will focus on driving new business development and expanding Asset Living’s presence across the Utah market.

“My primary focus for 2026 is to secure new business opportunities and strategically grow our footprint in Utah. I’m excited to build meaningful partnerships and establish Asset Living as a leader in the region,” says Peterson.

Prior to her current role, Peterson was a Regional Manager at Asset Living, overseeing her portfolio and leading her team to operational excellence. She began her career as a leasing agent with Alliance Residential in 2005 while attending Brigham Young University, where she earned a degree in English. Over 14 years with Alliance, she advanced to Regional Vice President and served in that role for two years. Following the company’s acquisition by Greystar in 2020, she transitioned to Senior Director of Real Estate before taking time to focus on her children. Peterson has been part of the Asset Living family for two years and is excited about the growth the team has achieved in the Utah market.

Outside the office, Peterson enjoys reading, hiking, watching football, and spending time on family adventures, including boating during the summer months.
