DALLAS (February 26, 2026) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Cathy Johnson’s promotion to Executive Vice President within the company’s multifamily department. With more than 35 years of experience in the property management industry, Johnson will oversee her team and ensure operations continue to run smoothly and efficiently.
“In 2026, I will oversee a team that includes a Senior Vice President, five Vice Presidents, and seven Regional Vice Presidents, under Division President Tyler Johnson,” says Johnson.
Before stepping into her current role, Johnson served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Asset Living. She began her career in 1988 as a Leasing Agent with Hall Management Group and quickly advanced from Leasing to Asset Manager to Manager. She later moved into a Regional leadership role and continued to grow within operations, eventually serving as Vice President of Operations before being named Senior Vice President in April 2023 and Executive Vice President in January 2026.
“I’m looking forward to bringing all affordable housing across our Central, North, and Southeast regions under Asset Living as a dedicated Affordable Division,” says Johnson.
Outside of the office, Johnson enjoys spending time near the water, whether at a lake, beach, or pool, and cherishes quality time with her grandchildren.
