Asset Living Promotes Cathy Johnson to Senior Vice President, Operations

DALLAS (April 19, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Cathy Johnson was promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations within the company’s multi-family division. Johnson, who started at Asset Living 3 years ago, has been in property management for over 35 years. In her new role as Senior Vice President, Operations, Johnson will provide exceptional leadership to the Dallas Affordable division, bolstering Asset's success in acquiring and maintaining the unparalleled quality that has become synonymous with our esteemed reputation.  

"My goals for 2023 are simple, get Dallas Affordable organized with procedures that help work flow from transition to management to accounting.", says Johnson.  

Prior to her new role, Johnson spent the majority of her time as a Regional Supervisor, developing relationships with owners, syndicators, and lenders. Taking troubled properties and turning them around to be successful. She also enjoyed and still enjoys developing property managers to move up within the company.

"[In this role], I am most looking forward to being part of growing Asset Living’s Affordable platform and seeing the impact we make in the industry. ," says Johnson.  

When Johnson isn't working, she loves spending time with family, especially her four grandchildren. She also enjoys spending days on the lake and going to the beach as often as possible!
