HOUSTON (March 14, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Chantele Newsom’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multi-family division. Newsom brings over a decade of experience in the property management industry to her new role and will collaborate with her to team to foster strong relationships within her portfolio.
"My goal is to contribute to the streamlining of systems and operations within our teams while helping others find their place at Asset Living; as someone who has found their path within the company, I am excited to help others do the same," says Newsom.
Before her new role, Newsom served as the Senior Regional Manager for Asset Living. Her journey in the property management field began as a Leasing Manager, where she gained hands-on experience and skills on-site working at a student housing community. Newsom has extensive knowledge in new developments and operations within the student housing market and has acquired new skills in the multi-family housing industry.
"[In this role], I'm looking forward to taking on a new market and adding new team members to my current portfolio. I am excited for the opportunity to grow within my role and for my team," says Newsom.
Outside the office, Newsom finds joy in cherishing moments with her daughter, taking on artistic projects, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen. She also has a love for the outdoors and enjoys gardening, hiking, and kayaking.
