ATLANTA (JULY 21, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Chris Felan’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multi-family department. With more than 15 years of experience in property management, Chris Felan is passionate about building meaningful client relationships and empowering his team to succeed.
“My goal is to continue to cultivate strong relationships with clients, deliver consistent results, stay aligned with their needs, and build long-term trust,” says Felan.
Before his current role, Chris Felan was a Regional Manager at Asset Living. He began his property management career in 2011 as a Leasing Consultant and quickly worked his way up to Assistant Manager, and Property Manager. This progression gave him hands-on experience in revenue growth, marketing, budgeting, resident relations, team leadership, and expense management across a diverse portfolio of asset types.
“In this role, I’m excited for the opportunity to support the development of my teams and make a positive impact on portfolio performance. I look forward to continuing to exceed client expectations and contribute to their long-term success," says Felan.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys traveling with family and friends, spending time with his loved ones (including their dog, Sir Buddington), and cheering on his kids at basketball and soccer games. He’s also a music enthusiast who enjoys going to concerts and collecting vinyl records with his wife.
