Asset Living Promotes Chris Moreland to Vice President, Construction Management

ARKANSAS (April 5, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Chris Moreland was promoted to Vice President, Construction Management on Asset Living's corporate team. In his new role, Moreland will oversee the strategic planning and execution of construction and rehabilitation projects to ensure that each property's individual and unique needs are met.  

"My goals in 2023 are to increase the number of property owners we can assist by helping them renovate their properties. By implementing our value-add construction programs, we accomplish several things, such as: increasing property value by creating leasing opportunities to ensure our properties operate at full capacity. Our biggest priority is to create a better quality of life for our tenants. The best part of my job is watching families occupy and love the facilities we worked so hard to provide them with. At the end of the day, the families that live on our properties are our priority."  

Prior to Asset Living, Moreland was a part of the Trinity acquisition that took place at the end of last year. With close to a decade of experience in construction, Moreland brings his expertise to his department by providing knowledge in construction education, management, and safety. He is diligently working on expanding Asset Living's infrastructure and making the process for properties as seamless as possible.

When Moreland is not working, he loves to spend time with his friends and family. He enjoys going on vacations to the beach, hunting, fishing, and riding his Harley Davidson. Moreland also likes to watch football and loves to play with his English Bulldog, Winston.
