PHOENIX (June 15, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Christina Rau was promoted to Regional Vice President, Operations within the company’s multi-family division. Rau, who started at Asset Living last August, has been in property management for over 28 years. In her new role as Regional Vice President, Operations, Rau will oversee Regionals in the Phoenix and Tuscon area while offering support and training to their teams.
"My goal for 2023 is to offer support and training to my team while helping them elevate their communities and to dial in their properties operations,” says Rau.
Before her new role, Rau was a Regional Manager for more than ten years. Rau oversaw properties in three regions, including Tuscon, Phoenix, and San Diego, while supervising two regionals in Fresno and Sacramento, comprising of 3200 units. When Rau joined Asset Living, she oversaw a plethora of Class A communities and lease-ups.
"[In this role], I am looking forward to seeing the regionals on my team grow while giving them the tools they need to be successful so they can run their day-to-day more efficiently,” says Rau.
When Rau isn't working, she recharges in the greater outdoors by wake surfing, skiing, and boating. When the temperature cools down, she loves to go camping. Rau also has a passion for her pets and loves to spend time with her five French Bulldogs.
