Asset Living Promotes Dawn Wolter to Regional Vice President, Multi-Family Operations

MELBOURNE (April 16, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Dawn Wolter was promoted to Regional Vice President, Operations within the company’s multi-family division. Wolter has over 28 years of experience in multi-family property management, development, and new construction. In her new role, Wolter will oversee communities while creating client relationships.  

“My goal this year is to recruit new talent to our amazing industry/team. I started in leasing and knew that we needed to find talent with a passion for people, our customers, and our clients,” says Wolter. “I oversee several high-rise communities, a new luxury lease-up, and a handful of affordable and senior communities. The need for talent in these areas is great, and it is such a rewarding sector in our industry that anyone would be proud to be a part of it.”        

Before joining Asset Living, Wolter was employed with Marriott International until she joined JMG Realty in 1995, later acquired by Asset Living. Wolter’s portfolio has included various properties in Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, Melbourne, Southwest Florida, the greater Tampa area of Florida, Savannah, Georgia, Virginia, and Maryland.  

“[In this role], I am looking forward to growth, not only for our company but for the hard-working teams we have in place. I want to continue to see the growth continue from within,” says Wolter.  

When Wolter is not working, she enjoys spending time with her three children and is a dog mom to a Great Pyrenees and backyard chickens. She also loves interior design, home remodeling, and enjoys relaxing at home with her family, which is her happy place!
