BENTONVILLE (NOVEMBER 21, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Emily Lowe’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multi-family department. With more than 14 years of experience in the property management industry, Lowe is ready to lead her team of Regional Managers to success by providing the tools, guidance, and support needed to help them meet and exceed their goals.
“In 2025, my focus will be on building strong relationships with my Regional Managers and supporting them in achieving operational excellence that drives client satisfaction. Growing this region is a focus point. Having recently transitioned from the Texas market to the Northwest Arkansas region, I’m especially excited to work alongside my new team in Omaha, Nebraska,” says Lowe.
Before her current role, Lowe began her career on-site at an Asset Living community in 2011, where she started as a Housekeeper. She quickly worked her way up to Leasing Professional and then Assistant Community Manager. In 2014, she expanded her experience by stepping into new markets, including Austin, North Texas, and New York, before returning to the Dallas area. Throughout her career, Lowe has gained extensive experience managing a diverse range of assets, including student and multi-family properties, as well as active adult communities, while collaborating with various teams and ownership groups. In 2024, Lowe returned to Asset Living as a Regional Manager in the Dallas region, where she felt right back at home. Her strong on-site experience, combined with her proven ability to drive performance and client satisfaction, has prepared her well for her new role as Regional Vice President.
“I’m looking forward to blending the fast-paced energy and strategic mindset of the Texas market with the strengths of my new division to drive growth and continued success across the portfolio,” says Lowe.
Outside of the office, Lowe enjoys spending time with her family, who are at the center of everything she does. Whether it’s a quiet evening at home, sharing laughter, or creating lasting memories with her children, she believes in fully embracing life with the people who mean the most to her.
