Asset Living Promotes Jessica Alvarado to Regional Vice President, Multi-Family Operations

DALLAS (May 8, 2023) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Jessica Alvarado was promoted to Regional Vice President, Operations within the company's multi-family division. Alvarado started at Asset Living four years ago and has been in property management for over 20 years. As Regional Vice President, Operations, Alvarado will provide direct regional supervision, support staff, and sites while serving clients and residents in her new role.

"As we move forward into 2023, my focus remains on empowering our staff through education and knowledge-building. One of my personal accomplishments has been passing the HCCP exam, and I am excited to complete the remaining designation steps. By continuing to invest in our team's professional development, we can not only advance in this industry but also provide even better service to our residents," says Alvarado.

Before her new role, Alvarado began her career as a Property Manager at a construction LIHTC lease-up in 2003. Alvarado successfully leased the property and moved to another project in 2005. Alvarado's experience has included successful lease-ups on new construction sites, acquisitions, and rehabs for more than 14 sites.  

"[In this role], I want to deliver to our clients the service and commitment they have entrusted us with while providing everyone a place they call home.  

When Alvarado isn't working, she enjoys volunteering at her local church. She loves to spend time with her family and watch her grandchildren play sports or sit and relax on the patio with her dogs.
