Asset Living Promotes Jessica Mancuso to Vice President, New Development

HOUSTON (March 7, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Jessica Mancuso was promoted to Vice President, New Development, within the company’s student housing division. Mancuso has over 14 years of experience in the property management industry, and, in her new role, will be collaborating with her team to ensure overall success within her portfolio.

"My goal for 2024 is to continue to make an impact on the business development side of Asset Living in tandem with new construction. I hope to train and mentor a new Director under me and continue growing our Regional and onsite talent bench," says Mancuso.

Before her new role, Mancuso served as the Director, New Development Marketing, within Asset Living's student housing division. Mancuso spearheaded the daily operations and marketing efforts for new developments while steering her team and portfolio to overall success. She will continue to play a pivotal role in driving growth and excellence within the student housing division for Asset Living.

"[In this role], I look forward to continued learning, which will always be at the center of everything, no matter what title I earn or what accolades I achieve. I am ready to take my knowledge to the next level and challenge myself further," says Mancuso.
