Asset Living Promotes John Martinez to Regional Vice President, Operations

DALLAS (AUGUST 11, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce John Martinez’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multi-family department. With over two decades of experience in property management, Martinez will oversee Regional Managers and their teams across Oklahoma, Dallas-Fort Worth, Kansas, and Missouri.

“My goal in 2025 is to elevate the performance of my sites and teams, helping them reach their full potential,” Martinez says.

Martinez’s career began on-site as a Leasing Consultant with Westdale Asset Management. Later, he joined Asset Living as a Regional Manager, eventually serving as a Senior Regional Manager within the company’s multi-family department. Known for consistently maintaining occupancy rates of 96% or higher, Martinez brings a strong track record of results, hands-on leadership, and operational expertise to his new role. He is a Certified Apartment Manager through the National Apartment Association (NAA), having completed comprehensive training and certification that recognizes his extensive knowledge of apartment management.

“In this new role, I’m excited to grow professionally and prepare for the next step in my career with Asset Living,” says Martinez.

Outside of work, Martinez enjoys life with his husband and children. He’s passionate about travel, an animal lover with several dogs of his own, and has recently discovered a love for glamping and the outdoors.
