HOUSTON (SEPTEMBER 8, 2026) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Katie Line’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s student housing department. With more than 15 years of experience in the property management industry, Lines will oversee her portfolio and team to ensure continued operational success and strong performance across her communities.
"In 2026, my goals are to strengthen my new client relationship while mentoring and developing my Regional Manager so that both feel supported, valued, and set up for long-term success at Asset Living," says Lines.
Before her current role, Lines was a Regional Supervisor at Asset Living. She has been with the company for more than 15 years, beginning her career in the industry as a Community Assistant while attending Florida State University, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. She later transitioned from on-site operations into her first corporate role in 2017 as a Regional Marketing Director and has since gained experience across marketing, training, and operations.
“I’m looking forward to mentoring a new Regional Manager and watching the site teams within my portfolio grow, succeed, and earn new opportunities, which is one of my key goals,” says Lines. “There is no better compliment than seeing your team members recognized for their hard work and success.”
Outside of the office, Lines enjoys spending time with her one-year-old daughter and husband. She recently relocated to Florida, where she loves beach days, bike rides, and cheering on Florida State football.
