Asset Living Promotes Kendra Halpern to Regional Vice President, Operations

DENVER (April 22, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Kendra Halpern’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multi-family division. With over 30 years of experience in the property management industry, Halpern will oversee her team and portfolio in the Mountain region.

"My goals for 2024 are to support my team in achieving financial goals, delivering exceptional client services, and making the new acquisitions as seamless as possible," says Halpern.  

Before her new role, Halpern was a Senior Regional Manager at Asset Living, overseeing an array of property classes specializing in lease-ups. She has extensive knowledge through her work at other top property management companies, where she garnered skills working alongside industry professionals. Halpern is a Denver native and a University of Colorado Boulder graduate.

"[In this role], I'm looking forward to cultivating dynamic teams while spearheading Asset Living's expansion within the Colorado and Utah markets," says Halpern.

Outside the office, Halpern finds joy in cherishing moments with her husband, two children, and two yellow labs. She also loves golf, upland bird hunting, and spending time with her friends.
