Asset Living Promotes Lisa Caten to Regional Vice President, Operations

HOUSTON (MAY 13, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Lisa Caten’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multi-family department. With over 37 years in the property management industry, Caten brings a wealth of experience and will oversee a team of Regional Managers and a portfolio of 26 communities, ensuring each site meets performance expectations and departmental goals.

“My goal for 2025 is to support my four regionals and our entire portfolio,” says Caten. “I want to ensure every site operates at its highest potential and that we achieve our goals together.”

Before her new role, Caten served as a Regional Manager, leading a diverse portfolio while assisting her team to reach their goals. Her career began on-site as a Community Manager, where she gained experience providing best-in-class service to her residents. “In my career, I’ve worked at Asset Living three times,” she says. “I started as a Community Manager and have also served as a trainer, multi-site manager, and regional supervisor. This company is my home—my work family. I truly love it here.”

In her new role, Catan is looking forward to helping her regionals grow. She is also looking forward to, “Being a part of Asset Living’s ongoing success,” says Catan.  

Outside the office, Caten loves traveling with her family, enjoying game nights, and spending quality time with her grandchildren.
