ATLANTA (AUGUST 7, 2024) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Lisa Russo’s promotion to Vice President within the company’s Talent Acquisition department. With almost ten years of experience in the property management industry, Russo will focus on developing innovative strategies to attract top talent to Asset Living.
"My goal for 2024 is to create a holistic approach to recruiting at Asset Living," says Russo. "We aim to be a valuable resource for our on-site teams, equipping them with the knowledge and solutions to secure rockstar hires."
Before her new role, Russo served as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Asset Living. Lisa came from First Communities Management, later acquired by Asset Living, where she spearheaded the development of the Talent Acquisition department and implemented systems and processes to enhance candidate onboarding. Russo is also a graduate of the University of Missouri, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Sciences degree.
"[In this role], I'm incredibly excited to continue developing strong relationships with our onsite teams. Through these relationships, we aim to address recruiting obstacles by creating solutions that support our end goal: a positive hiring experience for both the candidate and the hiring manager," says Russo.
When she's not in the office, Russo enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two sons. She's also an avid runner and a tennis enthusiast!
