ATLANTA (May 26, 2026) – Asset Living is proud to announce the promotion of Lucas Bigham to Vice President within the company’s Information Technologies department. Bringing more than 14 years of property management experience, Bigham will lead strategic initiatives focused on AI innovation, operational efficiency, and strengthening the overall service experience across the portfolio. In his new role, Bigham will drive the implementation of proactive support solutions designed to improve response times, reduce disruptions, and deliver faster resolutions for on-site teams. He will also partner closely with client services to streamline and continuously enhance the property transition process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and communities.
“My goal is to continue advancing our AI strategy to drive operational efficiency and reduce reactive work, while strengthening our security posture and increasing visibility across IT,” says Bigham. “I’m also focused on enhancing the overall service experience through faster response times and more proactive support, while collaborating with Client Services to improve the property transition process.”
Before his current role, Bigham served as IT Manager at First Communities, which was later acquired by Asset Living, where he led Information Technology operations across more than 250 communities. In this position, he oversaw complex hybrid infrastructure environments, including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, networking, and telecom systems, helping to modernize operations and support large-scale portfolio growth. He began his career in property management as an IT intern in 2012 and steadily advanced into leadership roles, ultimately becoming IT Manager. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication, with a minor in General History, from Kennesaw State University.
"I’m looking forward to doing everything possible to ensure our property teams have reliable technology and the support they need to operate successfully. My priority is maintaining seamless performance across their computers, phones, and internet so they can focus on serving residents and managing their communities without technology getting in the way. Beyond that, I’m excited to continue strengthening our IT operations by advancing our phased AI adoption roadmap and improving the overall IT service experience through faster response times and more proactive systems that help prevent issues before they impact our teams," says Bigham.
Outside of work, Bigham enjoys traveling—most recently to Japan—golfing, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with his wife, two children, and seven rescue dogs. He’s also an avid sports fan who enjoys cheering on the Atlanta Braves, Atlanta Falcons, and Atlanta United FC, while proudly supporting the Georgia Bulldogs.
