Asset Living Promotes Saad Arij to Executive Vice President, Marketing and Leasing

HOUSTON (May 19, 2026)Asset Living is pleased to announce Saad Arij’s promotion to Executive Vice President within the company’s leasing and marketing department. With more than 16 years of experience in the property management industry, Arij will strengthen the connection between marketing, leasing performance, and overall property performance across the organization. In his new role, he will ensure the portfolio’s marketing and leasing platform continues to evolve in ways that directly support changing market and renter dynamics.

“In 2026, a key priority will be advancing more sophisticated, data-driven decision-making across the portfolio,” says Arij. “We are investing in enterprise-level initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and business intelligence tools to improve how we track performance, analyze market trends, and turn data into actionable strategies. By enhancing our data infrastructure and analytics capabilities, we equip our teams with better insights that lead to faster, smarter decisions.”

Arij has been part of the company's growth for over 12 years, contributing to a wide range of initiatives, including marketing, leasing strategy, training and mentorship, and new development lease-ups.

In his new role, Arij will continue refining market strategies for both lease-ups and stabilized assets, ensuring Asset Living’s approach remains innovative, scalable, and aligned with the evolving expectations of renters and ownership groups. A major focus will also be on investing in people by developing future leaders, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and ensuring teams have the tools and support they need to succeed.

His goal is to ensure marketing and leasing capabilities not only drive performance for today’s assets but also serve as a strategic advantage that supports long-term growth and value creation for clients and partners.

“I’m looking forward to building on the momentum Asset Living has created over the years,” says Arij. “We have incredibly talented teams across the organization, and I’m excited to work closely with them to refine how we approach marketing, leasing, and performance strategy at scale. The industry is evolving quickly, driven by new technologies, shifting market dynamics, and changing renter expectations. This role allows us to be more intentional and innovative in how we respond while continuing to deliver strong results for our clients.

On a personal level, one of the most rewarding parts of my journey has been seeing the growth of the people I’ve worked with. As our teams have evolved, many individuals have stepped into larger roles and new opportunities. Watching people develop, take on new challenges, and advance their careers is incredibly meaningful to me. Continuing to build a strong bench of leaders and creating opportunities for our people to grow will be a top priority.”

Outside of the office, Arij enjoys spending time with family and friends. He plays competitive cricket, a long-time passion, and also enjoys golfing. Arji is a passionate foodie, and he and his wife run a small blog where they explore new restaurants and share their experiences.
