ATLANTA (JULY 15, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Sam Hoard’s promotion to Regional Vice President within the company’s multi-family department. With over a decade of experience in property management, Hoard is focused on setting her team up for success by building strong client relationships and driving efficiency and structure.
“In 2025, my focus is on bringing the structure and efficiency I’m used to in the Core+ Portfolio into my current portfolio,” says Hoard. “With a mostly new Regional team and several recent acquisitions, I’ll be investing time in setting clear expectations, reinforcing our policies and procedures, and building a strong relationship with a new client.”
Before her new role, Hoard was a Regional Manager at Asset Living. She began her career in 2014 as a Floating Leasing Agent with First Communities, which was later acquired by Asset Living. With a family background in property operations—her mother and grandfather both worked in the industry—Hoard brings a well-rounded skill set shaped by hands-on experience and her corporate career. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University.
“I’m looking forward to representing Asset in new markets and strengthening our reputation as we continue to grow,” says Hoard.
Outside the office, Hoard enjoys spending time with her husband and three-year-old son. As a family, they love being outdoors—hiking, golfing, or biking whenever they can.
