HOUSTON (May 29, 2026) – Asset Living is pleased to announce Scott Orphan’s promotion to Executive Vice President within the company’s student housing department. With more than 25 years of experience in the property management industry, Orphan will lead his team with a focus on driving operational consistency and efficiency.
“In 2026, one of my goals is to work alongside Division President Stacey Lecocke to continue scaling performance by introducing and refining processes that improve consistency and efficiency,” says Orphan.
Before stepping into his current role, Orphan served as Senior Vice President at Asset Living. He began his property management career in 2001 as a Resident Assistant and has since held a range of roles, including Assistant Manager, General Manager, Regional Manager, and Regional Vice President. He joined Asset Living in 2018. Orphan earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
“I’m looking forward to the remainder of 2026 at Asset Living as we build on the momentum of past successes and continue pushing the student platform to the next level, both operationally and culturally,” he says.
