Asset Living Ranks Among Top 100 Employers Nationwide in 2026 Top Workplaces USA Awards

HOUSTON (April 13, 2026) – Asset Living, one of the nation’s largest third-party property management companies, has been named a Top Workplaces USA 2026 award winner. This marks the company’s second time earning this distinction, having previously been recognized in 2023 and 2024. In 2026, Asset Living ranked No. 90 out of 1,661 companies recognized nationwide, based on survey results from 2,375 participating organizations.

This prestigious national recognition celebrates organizations that prioritize a people-first culture and foster exceptional employee experiences.

The Top Workplaces USA award is part of the sixth annual national survey conducted by Energage in partnership with USA TODAY. The program recognizes midsize and large organizations with at least 150 employees that exceed national benchmarks for employee satisfaction. In 2025, Energage surveyed 2,375 organizations and recognized 1,661 based on standout employee feedback across key culture drivers, including pay and benefits, leadership, meaningful work, and appreciation.

Winners are identified across four company size categories: 2,500 or more employees; 1,000 to 2,499 employees; 500 to 999 employees; and fewer than 499 employees. Energage ranks the top 100 employers in each category, with additional winners listed alphabetically.
