Asset Living Signs New Lease for Houston Headquarters in 2023

HOUSTON (July 11, 2022) – Asset Living, one of the nation’s largest property managers, signed a lease with MetroNational to move its U.S. headquarters in Houston from 950 Corbindale Road in Hedwig Village to 945 Bunker Hill Road in Memorial City. The company plans to make its official move in the early part of 2023. 

“Our employees not only love the prime location of our new office with easy commuting in the Greater Houston area but are also looking forward to the variety of unique amenities at its doorstep,” said Ryan McGrath, Asset Living President and CEO, in a statement to the Houston Business Journal.

The new 24,040 square foot office space isn’t too far from the company’s current headquarters location and remains conveniently located along Katy Freeway. The new office building will offer Asset Living employees several new amenities including a fitness center, upgraded technology in conference rooms and shared spaces, communal green space where building events are often hosted for tenants, and more.  

Earlier this year, Asset Living’s Houston office was recognized as the No. 2 largest residential property management firm in the area by the Houston Business Journal and was also named one of the city’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in 2022. Both the Dallas and Atlanta Asset Living offices were also recognized for the same award.
