Asset Living Welcomes Jana Faro as Senior Vice President, Operations

DENVER (November 19, 2025) – Asset Living is pleased to announce the addition of Jana Faro as Senior Vice President, Operations, serving the company’s Mountain Region. With more than 22 years of experience in property management, development, higher education housing, and large-scale operations, Faro will support the region’s ongoing expansion by strengthening asset performance, empowering on-site teams, and building trusted partnerships with ownership groups.

Before joining Asset Living, Faro served as Chief Operating Officer and Business Development Lead at Capstone Management Partners, where she helped build and oversee a national portfolio of 33 projects totaling 12,000 units over seven years. During her tenure, she led the company’s leasing and marketing strategy and collaborated across multiple areas of the organization, including public-private partnerships, facilities operations, facility maintenance, and the management of housing facilities under third-party and public-private partnership agreements.

Faro’s background also includes significant leadership roles in higher education housing and development. Prior to Capstone, she served as the Director of Operations, Facilities, and Technology at Arizona State University. Earlier in her career, she led the development of five urban infill projects in Portland, Oregon, representing 2,800 market-rate beds and $300 million in capital investment.

Faro holds an MBA in Real Estate Development from Portland State University, an MS from Syracuse University, and a BA from the University of Redlands.
