What are you most excited about in your new role within the AMA?

Do you have any specific goals or plans for the program?
"My ultimate goal is to become a more effective leader, and I am eager to absorb all the knowledge and insights that the Lyceum Leadership program has to offer. Through this program, I hope to gain the skills and experience necessary to make a lasting impact in the property management industry. As I progress, my aspiration is to achieve a position on the board of the AMA, where I can contribute my expertise to help shape the future of our industry."
How do you feel the AMA's mission and vision align with Asset Living's mission and vision?
"I firmly believe that Asset Living and AMA share a common mission when it comes to providing education and support to leaders in the property management industry. Through the Lyceum Leadership program, I have the opportunity to enhance my skills and knowledge as a leader, which will enable me to become a more effective operator for our clients.
