LAS VEGAS (June 23, 2025) — Asset Living is proud to celebrate Gabriel Lugo, Community Manager at Integra Towers at Nona South, for being named one of the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) 20 on the Rise—a prestigious national recognition spotlighting the brightest rising stars with 10 years or less of experience in the rental housing industry.
Gabriel’s journey in property management is one marked by resilience, growth, and a passion for people. Born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, and raised in Orlando, Florida, Gabriel was inspired by his mother’s successful career in real estate. He began his own path in the industry as a porter in a high-rise community in Miami before transitioning into roles as a maintenance technician and leasing consultant. Since returning to Orlando in 2017, Gabriel’s trajectory has been rapid—earning a promotion to assistant manager by 2019 and later stepping into his current role as community manager.
A 2024 graduate of the Florida Apartment Association’s Leadership Lyceum, Gabriel is deeply engaged in the rental housing community, serving on multiple committees and the board of directors for local apartment associations. His commitment to professional growth and industry impact has also earned him the 2024 AAGO Rising Star Award. Today, Gabriel proudly represents Asset Living as an Asset Ambassador—a role reserved for team members who exemplify the company’s values and culture.
Gabriel’s recognition at the 2025 NAA Apartmentalize Conference in Las Vegas underscores the future of property management: inclusive, inspired, and driven by individuals who lead with both heart and hustle.
