(Oct. 22, 2026) – Asset Living is proud to recognize Lee Rogers as she assumes the role of 2027 President of the Florida Apartment Association (FAA), marking an exciting leadership milestone and reflecting her continued commitment to the multifamily housing industry. Lee Rogers was sworn in during Inspire 2026, with fellow Asset Living Executive Vice President and past FAA President Bonnie Smetzer administering the oath.
According to Bonnie, she has also worked closely with Lee who serves as a Vice President of Operations at Asset Living, making the ceremony and occasion especially meaningful. “Watching Lee step into this role is an incredibly proud moment, both personally and professionally,” says Bonnie Smetzer. “I’ve had the privilege of mentoring Lee and seeing firsthand the passion, integrity, and dedication she brings to our industry.
