Houston Business Journal’s 2022 Most Admired CEO Awards Honors Ryan McGrath

HOUSTON (July 12, 2022) – Asset Living CEO and President Ryan McGrath was recognized by the Houston Business Journal’s fifth-annual Most Admired CEO Awards as one of the 45 local honorees. CEOs were evaluated based on their contributions to company success, civic involvement, career achievements, and more. This is the second award for McGrath in 2022 after making the GlobeSt. 50 Under 40 List in June.

“As a native Houstonian, I grew up admiring our local leaders who made this city a special place to live and work, which is why I’m particularly humbled to receive this recognition,” said McGrath. “Each honoree is incredibly inspiring – it’s a privilege to be included alongside the 44 other CEOs featured in this year’s round-up.”

The Houston Business Journal officially released its prestigious, annual list of honorees last week, highlighting these 45 individuals hand-picked by the judges to represent several of Houston's prominent industries. The list featured CEOs from energy companies, nonprofits, homebuilders, real estate firms, and more. Looking ahead, the award winners – including McGrath – will be recognized in a special section of the Sept. 2 weekly edition.

Last year, McGrath was recognized by Ernst & Young as a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year award which celebrates entrepreneurs deemed to be building a more sustainable and equitable future for everyone through their work. Under McGrath’s leadership, Asset Living’s Houston office was also recognized as the No. 2 largest residential property management firm in the area by the Houston Business Journal and was named one of the city’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in 2022.
