Local Spotlight:
I do not drink coffee often but when I do, I love going downstairs to Common Bond and grabbing a Frozen Bond. I love that the coffee shop is only a few steps away from our office which makes grabbing coffee in the morning less of a chore.
Team Favorites:
One thing we like to do mainly on Fridays is take the skywalk bridge over to Memorial City Mall where we will usually grab a quick bite to eat at Taco Bell and do some window shopping! Not only is it a nice walk to the mall, but the pathway is completely covered so if it is raining you do not have to worry!
Favorite Lunchtime Spot:
My favorite place for lunch nearby is Jimmy John’s! Whether we are ordering lunch and eating it in the kitchen or sitting inside, Jimmy John's is always my go-to lunch spot! I never had Jimmy John’s before working at Asset Living so, to me, Asset Living and Jimmy John’s go hand-in-hand!
Team Bonding Adventures:
One of my favorite memories with the corporate marketing team was visiting the Houston Flight Museum for a candlelight concert. I highly recommend going to one if you have never been to a Candlelight Concert. It was such a fun and unique experience that we were able to share as a team!
I love working in Houston because there are so many different pop-up events and restaurants to explore. When it is someone's birthday, work anniversary, or important milestone, you can find a unique spot that fits the theme or the person you are celebrating!
