ORLANDO (December 22, 2023) – Asset Living, one of the largest property management companies in the nation, was recognized at the 2023 Golden Key Awards hosted by the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando (AAGO). The 2023 Golden Key Awards honor multi-family professionals and communities for their outstanding performance in the apartment industry. Asset Living proudly had a total of seven award recipients and three finalists who were recognized at this year’s ceremony.
Award winners for the community at Emerson at Celebration include Community Manager Doris Granger for Property Manager of the Year, Leasing Consultant Genesis Cartagena for Leasing Consultant of the Year, Groundskeeper Angel Garcia for Groundskeeper of the Year, and Leasing Consultant Sam Elazhari for Rising Star. The community, Solamar Apartments, also received several awards for its outstanding service. Award winners included Assistant Community Manager Sandra Robles for Assistant Manager of the Year, and Solamar Apartments received the award for Multifamily Development of the Year and the award for Best Curb Appeal of the Year.
In addition to the seven winners, Asset Living had three finalists, including: Emerson at Celebration for Luxury Community of the Year and Resident Experience and Solamar Apartments for the Interior Design award.
