Asset Living Hires London Hazuka as Regional Vice President, Operations

HOUSTON (NOVEMBER 3, 2026) – Asset Living is pleased to announce London Hazuka as Regional Vice President within Asset Living’s student housing department. With nearly a decade of experience in the property management industry, Hazuka will focus on ensuring her teams and portfolio are operating at their highest potential while consistently meeting and exceeding client expectations.

“My goal for the rest of 2026 is to provide unwavering support to my teams, instill confidence in their abilities, and leverage my experience on the ownership side to bring a unique perspective to third-party management, the relationship between Asset and the client, and the strategies we implement,” says Hazuka.

Before rejoining Asset Living, Hazuka served as Vice President of Operations at L3 Campus, where she oversaw operational and leasing performance across owner-operated and third-party managed communities. She began her career with Asset Living as a part-time Community Assistant while attending West Virginia University before earning her MBA and later returning to Asset Living as a Leasing and Marketing Manager in California. Throughout her career, she has held roles supporting communities across operations, leasing, and marketing, ultimately serving as Regional Supervisor for a portfolio of more than 3,500 beds. Now back at Asset Living, Hazuka is excited to return to where her career began and bring her experience in student housing and operations to her new role.

“I’m excited to get back to my roots with Asset Living, continue growing in my career, and help develop those around me along the way,” says Hazuka. “I’m also looking forward to tackling the challenges and opportunities that come with each new lease cycle, especially in an industry as dynamic and ever evolving as student housing.”

Outside of work, Hazuka enjoys experiencing life through the eyes of her toddler and six-month-old and spending as much quality time with her family as possible. And while she loves making the most of that time with her family, she’s most likely dreaming about marketing strategies at night.
