2023 AAMD Tribute Awards Recognize Asset Living Award Recipients and Finalist

DENVER (October 13, 2023) –  Asset Living, one of the largest property management companies in the nation, was recognized at the 2023 annual Tribute Awards hosted by the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD). The Tribute Awards honor multi-family professionals and communities for their outstanding performance in the Metropolitan Denver apartment industry. Asset Living proudly had a total of two award recipients in addition to 22 finalists that were recognized at this year’s ceremony.  

Award winners include Senior Vice President, Operations, Judy Blaes for Outstanding Executive (more than 5,000 units), and Director, Business Development Maritza Hearn for Outstanding Corporate Office Support.

In addition to the two winners, Asset Living had 22 finalists, including: Sequel for Outstanding Leasing Experience, Jamie Lucero and Christine Hatter for Outstanding Regional Professional (less than 1,600 units), Lindsey Jones and Jason Jenulis for Outstanding Regional Professional (less than 1,600 units), Corey Holmes for Outstanding Regional Maintenance Professional, Danielle Thomas and Hallie Swett for Outstanding Corporate Office Support Professional, Samantha Homic for Outstanding Community Manager (fewer than 250 units), Kara Bradley for Outstanding Community Manager (more than 500 units), Brandon Hobscheidt for Outstanding Assistant Manager (fewer than 300 units),  Alex Del Valle, Matthew Johnson, and Tony Cardenas for Outstanding Maintenance Supervisor (fewer than 250 units), Alberto Lopez, Chris Chavez, and Daniel Ibarra for Outstanding Maintenance Supervisor (more than 350 units), Caliber at Cornerstar and Camber for Outstanding Community Team (fewer than 300 units), and Artwalk at City Center for Outstanding Community Team (more than 300 units.)
