Asset Living 2021 New Development Conference

Asset Living held its annual New Development Conference at the Houston corporate headquarters. After working in a virtual environment for quite some time, the team maximized this opportunity together for two days of training and leadership development. The conference focused on ways to improve management skills and mentorship that can be applied on-site as well as off-site.  

“We jump on video calls every day but being able to see the teams' faces in person was a wonderful experience. We all got closer during the conference, and I feel that the team walked away inspired, ready with innovative ideas to bring back to their lease-ups and armored to lead their people on a higher level,” said Jessica Mancuso, New Development Marketing Director.

The team also used this opportunity to set goals for 2022, ideating around what could change or be improved upon for next year. “The New Development team is full of talented individuals, ready to take on any challenge thrown their way. Getting to speak to each of them and learn more not only about them but about their goals was one of the highlights of conference for me,” said Saad Arij, VP of New Lease-Ups.  

At the end of the week, the team was ready and eager to concur 2022. We cannot wait to see what the new development team accomplishes in the new year! Thank you to all the speakers and sponsors who made this conference a memorable one for all attendees.
